Resident medical officers

Peel Health Campus resident medical officer (RMO) term rotations offer varied, challenging and rewarding clinical opportunities, including being in involved in:

  • critical care cases
  • inter-hospital transfers of critically unwell patients
  • toxicology cases
  • procedural sedation
  • airway management. 

Our hospital offers a large range of RMO opportunities, including:

  • emergency medicine
  • general medicine
  • general surgery
  • orthopaedics

Our RMO's are provided:

  • learning, experience and study opportunities to grow and achieve their specialty recognition goals
  • education and professional development opportunities
  • clinical training from our dedicated Medical Education team
  • excellent clinical supervision.

Peel Health Campus employs Emergency Department:
